Maten på Vibyskolan

The food is delivered by Stor och Liten Catering since August 2022.

In the school restaurant at Vibyskolan, the school’s own staff work with serving, dishes and other services for students and staff.

The kitchen at Stor och litene is in almost daily contact with Ann-Christine (Anki) and Monica, who are responsible for the serving with us. This cooperation is crucial for the chain to function well.

 

MONDAY
03 OCT
1: Lunch Minced meat sauce and spaghetti.
2: Vegetarian pasta sauce with tomato, garlic, root vegetables and lentils.


TUESDAY
04 OCT
1: Lunch ”Garlic chicken” with honey, chili, soy and black pepper, served with rice.
2: Vegetarian ”Dal makhani” Indian lentil stew served with rice.


WEDNESDAY
05 OCT
1: Lunch Havets Wallenbergare with cold lemon and dill sauce and potatoes.
2: Vegetarian ”Patate gratine” Italian broccoli gratin with lentils and Grana Padano.


THURSDAY
06 OCT
1: Lunch Chicken and vegetable wok with ginger, garlic, soya, coconut milk and egg noodles.
2: Vegetarian vegetable stir-fry with ginger, garlic, soy, coconut milk and egg noodles.


FRIDAY
07 OCT
1: Lunch Kebab ”Gyros” with roasted potatoes and garlic sauce.
2: Vegetarian Falafel with garlic sauce and roasted potatoes.

This is how ”Big and Little” works with school meals

Stor & Liten was founded in 2004 by chef David Ebbesen. Today there are 4 preparation kitchens and all have the same focus on food prepared from scratch and with our guests – the children at the center as from the start. 

Good ingredients and creativity are our favorite ingredients. We always offer a varied menu, high service and focus on sustainability.

Varje dag serveras två rätter varav ett grönt alternativ tillsammans med ett salladsbord och nybakat surdegsbröd fyra dagar i veckan.

Att bra mat ska lagas från grunden är en självklarhet. Vi bakar vårt eget surdegsbröd kokar egna fonder, rullar egna köttbullar och panerar egna fiskpinnar för att nämna några exempel.

Allt kött kommer från gårdar med god djurhållning och vi väljer våra leverantörer med omsorg för att hitta produkter av hög kvalitet. Detta för att säkerställa att barnen får i sig så rena råvaror som möjligt utan onödiga biprodukter, E-nummer och smakförstärkare.

Med hög kvalité på produkterna tillsammans med en stor kunskap och passion för matlagning, skapar vi matglädje för våra barn.

The allergy diet is of the same high quality and is nutritionally calculated as the other food. For us, it is important that all children get healthy and good food, whether they need a special diet or not.

The chefs are trained in food allergies.
